HomeBatch personalizer
Batch personalizer for Etsy and Shopify orders
Upload the CSV your shop already exports, and a template that says {{name}} where the personalization goes. EngraveKit outlines the letters so the laser does not need the font, then packs a ZIP of cut files and customer proofs. The CSV never leaves this browser.
Exports SVG and DXF and LBRN2 and ZIP. See also Tumbler wrap, Vector QR code, Material test grid.
Saving templates is part of Pro. The three starters stay free.
Loading the font…
Etsy Variations and Shopify line-item properties are read on this computer. Nothing is uploaded.
No CSV yet.
Free batches export 5 orders. Proofs include “Made with EngraveKit”.
SVG and DXF are the files to import. LightBurn layers ship turned off. The .xcs file is experimental.
Red paths cut. Blue paths score. Black paths engrave. Import at 100% scale.
How to use it
- Export Sold Orders or Order Items from Etsy, or the order CSV from Shopify. Personalization is usually in Variations, Personalization, or line-item properties.
- Start from a sample tag, or upload an SVG whose text elements contain {{name}} and any other fields you sell. The viewBox is millimeters.
- Pick a font. The letters are converted to paths before download.
- Set the bed size if you want a nested sheet. Download the ZIP: one file set per order, plus proofs.
- Free batches stop at five orders and stamp “Made with EngraveKit” on proofs. Pro exports the whole CSV without that line.

Questions
Which CSV files work?
Etsy Order Items (the Variations column), Etsy Sold Orders (buyer name when there is no personalization column), and Shopify’s order export (line-item properties or note attributes). Any other CSV works if you map the columns yourself.
Does the laser need the font installed?
No. Names are drawn as vector outlines from Outfit, Fraunces, or Caveat, which are open-license fonts bundled with the page.
Will LightBurn and xTool open the files?
SVG and DXF are the files to trust: millimeters, import at 100%. LightBurn .lbrn2 is included with the layers turned off until you set power and speed. The .xcs file is experimental JSON and may not open in every xTool Creative Space version.
Where do the order files go?
Nowhere on our side. Parsing, outlining, and the ZIP happen in your browser. Pro only changes the five-order limit, the proof line, and the ability to save a template in this browser.
