Tumbler wrap template generator
A straight tumbler unrolls into a rectangle. A tapered one unrolls into a curved band — a slice of a cone — whose top and bottom arcs are the real circumferences. Enter the diameters and the height of the area you will mark, or start from a common size and then measure your own blank.

Outside diameter at the top of the artwork.
Curved wrap. Top arc 236.248 mm, bottom arc 216.142 mm, sweep 5.669°.
Sheet 240.151 × 209.898 mm.
These ounce presets are typical blanks, not a specific brand. Measure your cup before cutting a full wrap.
Red paths cut. Blue paths score. Black paths engrave. Import at 100% scale.
How to use it
- Mark the top and bottom of the area you will engrave, skipping the lid, the lip, and any base that the wrap will not cover.
- Measure the outside diameter at both marks, and the vertical distance between them.
- Compare those numbers with a preset. Ounce sizes vary by maker. If they differ, trust the calipers.
- Add a few millimeters of overlap only if you want the seam to lap. Zero meets edge to edge.
- Import at 100% and check the top arc against a paper strip wrapped around the cup.

Questions
Why isn’t a 20 oz wrap a rectangle?
Most 20 oz skinny tumblers are tapered. The top circumference is longer than the bottom, so a rectangle puckers. The curved template fixes that.
Are the presets for a specific brand?
No. They are typical blank sizes in millimeters, and they are fully editable. Two suppliers’ “20 oz” cups can differ by several millimeters.
What is the seam line?
The blue centerline marks the middle of the wrap so you can line artwork up before you mirror it for a rotary or a sublimation print.
